Payments are processed by our payment provider(s), including Moyasar for Gulf-region payments. Your card details are handled by the processor under their own terms and security standards; Knowtorious receives only confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Account and gameplay data are kept while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we must keep limited records (for example, transaction records for tax or accounting).
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing support@knowtorious.net. You can play a free taster game without an account; an account is only needed to buy and keep tickets.
