Every player gets a free taster game before spending anything, so you can see how the game plays before purchasing tickets.
If you bought tickets and haven't used them, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@knowtorious.net and we'll refund the unused tickets.
A ticket is spent when a game starts, and that game becomes replayable by you at no extra cost. Because the content is delivered as soon as the game begins, spent tickets are generally non-refundable — except where something went wrong.
If a technical fault stopped a game you paid for from working, email support@knowtorious.net with your account email and roughly when it happened. We'll investigate and put it right — usually by restoring the ticket or issuing a refund.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment provider. Processing times depend on the provider and your bank.
Nothing in this policy affects any refund or consumer rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be waived.
